yes #3 looks great. though I am not sure if I would be after delays????
3 is the magic number. Actually, any would be great to use at this point.

My single rack config would be:
SYN1 // SYN2A // SYN2A // ENV1 // DD2 // PRC1 // PRC1 // DD1 // DD1 // UTL2
A second rack would add one more each of the DD2 and ENV1 plus a CTL1 and PRC2.
